Our home is in a semi-wooded area near the lake. You may see deer, small animals, and occasionally bears. Insects are also common in this environment—despite regular professional pest control, some may be present, especially in spring.

Before booking your stay at Pocodobe, please review our important community policies, registration requirements, and house rules. These ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests staying in our home and the surrounding neighborhood.

Community Registration Required

Fees vary by season and cover guests age 6+ and vehicle access. Details will be sent post-booking.

Primary Renter Must Be 25+

A signed rental agreement and guest registration form are mandatory.

Maximum Occupancy: 10 Guests

No third-party bookings or unregistered guests allowed.

Strict Quiet Hours & No Party Policy

To maintain a peaceful environment for all, quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM (Sun–Thu) and 10 PM (Fri–Sat). Parties and events are not permitted.

No Pets Allowed

For allergy and cleanliness reasons, pets are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a fee or immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Travel Insurance Strongly Recommended

Due to our firm cancellation policy, we highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking in case of unexpected changes or emergencies.
